In my functional medicine coaching sessions, we’ll work together 1-2-1 to identify your individual health struggles and where you want to be. We then put together a personalised treatment plan designed specifically to support your transformational journey to incredible health, vitality and joy!

Functional Medicine takes a holistic approach to health, looking for the root cause of your symptoms and following natural methods to treat and heal the body. If you have exhausted what conventional medicine can bring, and you are looking for a fresh approach, this is for you.

The body has a huge capacity to heal. Every single system in our body has reserves, but by the time you are experiencing symptoms, these reserves are quite depleted and things have probably been going astray for some time. The good news is that by working together 1-2-1, I can help you to not only repair those systems but rebuild your reserves.

Foundation Package

The foundation package includes 12 weekly 1-2-1 sessions where we will work together on all the pieces you need to put your energy back on track!

The areas we typically look at include:

Initially, we will build up a clear picture of your health journey so far, gain an understanding of how the systems of your health have come out of balance, and plan an outline roadmap to help you recover your health, energy, and well-being.

I will then move on to plan the steps, teach you what to do, help you overcome the obstacles, and do the transformational work of creating a new relationship with your health.

Energy stabilisation strategies

So that you no longer have that afternoon slump or that evening flop, or even the ‘just can’t get out of bed in the mornings’ feeling.

Gut health

Because this lies at the root of a healthy immune system, which we need to stay fighting fit.

That will really boost your energy in the long term. Because once you start to feel better we want to keep you that way!

Because stable hormones mean stable energy.

Our first session takes place at the clinic in Suffolk, and the remaining sessions can take place at the clinic or online via Zoom.
